I-40 Business East.   Take US 158 exit (Reidsville Rd)
Go to first light and turn left on Greensboro Rd.  
School is about 1/3 mile on right past Petree Elementary.
Spectators park in Petree Elementary lot,
or take the 1st driveway to Atkins and park in student lot

Bethabra Park
Silas Creek Parkway North to Reynolda Rd.   Make left on Reynolda
Take Right o Old Town Dr (Across from McDonalds)
About 1/4 mile on you right you will see a sign for Bethabra Park.

XC Meet State Course

From the West:
Take I-40 Interstate to the Hwy 66 exit, #203.
Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Hwy 66 North.
Go ½ mile to the stoplight.
Turn left at the light onto Shields Rd.
Go 1 mile to Beeson Rd.
The barricades for a detour will be set up about 200 yards before Beeson
Rd. but cross country traffic is allowed through.

Davie County H.S.                           
1200 Salisbury Road, Mocksville, N.C. 27028
I-40 West to Hwy 801, left off ramp. Turn right on Hwy 158. Go through Mocksville.
School is on the left, 1-1/2 miles outside of Mocksville.

East Forsyth High School
I-40 Business East
Take Exit 10 Linville Rd
Turn rt at Linville Rd/Old Greensboro Rd
Sharp rt on to W. Mountain Street
2500 W Mountain St, Kernersville, NC 27284
Park in lot near Tennis courts.
X-C Course is 200m across the street

Forsyth Country Day School
5501 Shallowford Road, Box 549, Lewisville, N.C. 27023
I-40 to Route 421 (towards N. Wilkesboro). Take Clemmons exit, turn right. Go to stop sign,
left on Shallowford Road. School is 1 mile on right.

Greenway (Muddy Creek Greenway)
From MT take RT onto Robinhood Rd
Follow past Jefferson Elementary and make left on Meadowlark Dr
Go approx 1 mile.   When you see Meadowlark Middle school slow down!
Look for a steep gravel rd on your left immediately just past Meadowlark.
Follow it down through field to the small gravel parking lot.

Green Hill Park (XC course - Knights Crossing Invitational)
Roanoke County Salem, Va
From I-81(N or S): Take exit 137 (Salem).  Take a right at the bottom of the exit ramp. 
Follow to 1^st traffic light.  Go right onto Route 460. 
Go to the 3^rd traffic light and take a left onto Duiguids Lane. 
Cross the railroad tracks and you will come to Green Hill Park on your right. 
Please follow signs to 2^nd entrance down access road. 

Hagan Stone Park
Take I-40 E toward Greensboro  (Old I-40)
Take exit 38 for US-421 S toward Sanford
Take exit 126A-126B to merge onto JM Hunt Jr Expy/US-421 toward Sanford
Continue to follow US 421
Turn right onto Hagan-Stone Park Rd

(Finish Line & Tent Area is on your right as you pull in.  Starting Line is 250m up the paved road.)

JDL Fast Track (Indoor Track Facility)
From Interstate 40, take exit 189 for US-158/Stratford Road.  
At the top of the ramp, turn right onto US-158/Stratford Road.  
Proceed approximately 2 miles and turn left on Kimwell Drive.  
JDL Fast Track will be approximately 1/2 mile down on the corner of Kimwell and Empire.  
Spectator parking is in the front. Athletes and officials should park in the rear of the building.
Expect an admission charge for all events.

Liberty University (Lynchburg Va.)
Too crazy to list.. Map quest it yourself :) 
Take Hwy 29 into Va
From 460 W once in Lynchburg
Take exit for Liberty University
At stop light, go straight
At end of road, turn right
Continue through guard shack and park in lot.
Enter building through Student Entrance.
Follow signs for Tolsma Indoor Track

Marvin Ridge High School

I-40 W toward Statesville
Take exit 152A to merge onto I-77 S toward Charlotte

McAlpine Greenway - Charlotte

Myers Park High School - Charlotte                                       
I-40 West to I-77 South to Charlotte. Get off the Woodlawn exit, go under Woodlawn exit right at top of exit. Turn right on Woodlawn go back over I-77. Stay on Woodlawn, Woodlawn will turn into Runneymeade. Go across Park Rd, go up to top of hill. There is a light which is Selwin Rd, go straight through down the hill. Softball field on left, take left and go to stadium.

North Davidson High School
Take I-40 East to Highway 52 South for 8.7 miles and exit at the Welcome exit.
Turn right onto Old 52 (Hwy 8) and go about 1.5 miles. The school will be on your left.

North Stokes High School (Do Not Use a GPS!)
Take HWY 52 North from Winston Salem to Exit 122 Moore – RJR Road.  At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Moore – RJR Road and go 4.2 miles to HWY 66.  Turn left onto HWY 66 North and go 6.7 miles to Moores Springs Road.  Bear to your right onto Moores Springs Road and go Approximately 3-4 miles to Dan George Road.  Turn left onto Dan George Road and go 2 miles.  At the stop sign turn right onto Lynchburg Road.  Follow Lynchburg Road .7 miles.  At the stop sign turn right onto HWY 89.  Follow HWY 89 1 mile to Piney Grove Church Road.  Turn left onto Piney Grove Church Road and go 1.8 miles to North Stokes School Road.  Turn left onto North Stokes School Road and go .6 miles.  North Stokes High School will be at the bottom of the hill on the right.  Turn in at the second entrance.

Old Town Park
Take Petree Rd Past Mount Tabor
Turn Rt onto Shattalon
Go through light crossing over Yadkinville Rd
Old Town Park is 1/4 mile past Yadkinville on your left

Reynolda Gardens
Take Reynolda Rd and turn left into the "Shops at Reynolda."  
Just past Ring Master Jewelers take rd on your right down toward the field.  
We meet in the lower level parking lot for practice.

SAS Wake Med Soccer Park
From Interstate 40 Eastbound (From Chapel Hill, Durham)
Take the Cary 54 exit (exit 290) off Interstate 40.
Turn right at the top of the exit ramp, heading toward Cary.
Turn left onto Southeast Maynard Road. Take a left on Chatham Street after crossing the railroad tracks.
WakeMed Soccer Park is 1/2 mile on the right.

Salem Lake
Take I-40 Business East to
Hwy 52-South Exit, Take 1st Exit 108-C
Left on Stadium Dr, Right on MLK Jr Dr, Left on Reynolds Park Dr
About 1.5 miles take Left on Salem Lake Rd
We meet in the gravel parking lot at the bottom of the hill on the right
If that lot is full park in front of lake and walk over.

Silas Creek Par Course
Just past the Presbyterian Church.   It is on the right side if heading towards hospital.

Tanglewood Park
Take I-40 to Tanglewood Exit and follow signs.  After turning into the park take 1st paved left. 
Follow Rd around all the way to gravel parking lot to meet for runs. 

University of North Carolina (UNC-Chapel Hill)
40 East to exit 270 (15-501S)
Follow 15-501S into Chapel Hill to Hwy 54 junction 
Exit Right  go about 3 miles
Follow Signs for UNC Campus on right
Eddie Smith Field house Facility should be on left (green artificial practice field in front of building)

Virginia Tech (Rector Field House, Indoor Track)
Take US-52 N, Continue on I-74 W
Take the I-77 N/I-74 W exit toward Wytheville
Take exit 32 to merge onto I-81
From the south, take Interstate 81 north to exit 118B, following US 460 west to Blacksburg.
Once in Blacksburg, use the 460 bypass around the downtown area. Follow 460 bypass around the downtown area. Follow 460 to the signal at Southgate Drive (Va. 314). Turn into campus, and proceed one-half mile on Southgate Drive. Turn left onto Spring Road, just before the football stadium. Rector Field House will be on the left.

West Forsyth High School
Take US 421 west to Clemmons exit. Turn left; school is about 1 mile on left. Or take I-40 to Clemmons exit, turn right on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd., school is about 2 miles on right. 
 Cross Country course start/finish area is located at Southwest Elementary
