Summer Cross Country

Coaches will not be present at all practices.
However, you are expected to attend as many as you can!
Times listed are options..... You should NOT be running more than 1X
per day.
Please attend some strength training sessions at MT in June
to learn the routines
you can work on this summer! We will NOT run
at these!
We will just do some work & drills for 45 minutes and then play
ultimate frisbee.
